1. Subject
These General Terms of Sale govern the ski lesson services provided by Laurent Uberto, independent state-certified instructor, in the context of his BNC activity.
2. Rates (season 2026/2027)
- Full day: 650 €
- Half day: 550 €
- Hourly lesson: 150 €
Rates in euros, VAT-exempt (article 293 B du CGI).
3. Booking
All booking requests are made via the contact form on lets-go.ski, by WhatsApp (+33 6 86 78 17 20) or by email (contact@lets-go.ski). A booking is considered confirmed after an exchange and explicit confirmation.
4. Payment
Payment is made at the end of the service, by cash or bank transfer (bank details provided on request).
5. Cancellation
- Cancellation more than 48h before the lesson: no penalty, full refund.
- Cancellation between 24h and 48h before the lesson: 50% of the rate charged.
- Cancellation less than 24h before the lesson: 100% of the rate charged.
- Special circumstances (weather making the resort inaccessible, accident or illness duly justified): considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Liability
Laurent Uberto holds professional liability insurance. Skiing involves risks inherent to the activity; clients are advised to hold appropriate personal insurance.
7. Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the client may refer the matter to a consumer mediator (to be completed in accordance with ESF membership).
